If all ticket purchasers are eligible for a refund due to an event cancellation or postponement, the refund method will differ depending on the payment method used.
If you paid by credit card
No refund procedure is required.
The refund will be automatically processed to the credit card used for the original purchase.
Please check your credit card statement for the refund status, rather than waiting for an email from ZAIKO.
Please note that the timing and display method of the refund on your statement may vary depending on your credit card company or financial institution.
If you paid at a convenience store
A procedure is required to receive your refund.
Stripe will send you an email with instructions for the refund procedure. Please follow the instructions in the email and register your bank account information.
The refund will not be processed until your bank account information has been registered.
