Zaiko accepts VISA, MasterCard, JCB, American Express, Diners Club, Discover, and UnionPay.
Both domestic and internationally issued credit cards can be used.
How to Purchase
Log in to Zaiko and click Purchase for the ticket type you would like to buy on the event page.
Enter the purchaser information (first and last name).
Review your order, check I agree to the Terms of Use, and click Next.
Select Card as your payment method.
Paying by Credit Card
Enter your card number, expiration date, security code (CVC), and country.
If you would like to use the same payment information for future purchases, check Save payment information for future purchases.
After agreeing to Zaiko's Terms of Use, confirm your order.
💡 Please note
Credit card information cannot be registered in advance for ticket purchases on Zaiko.
For subscription services such as Zaiko Connect, credit card information can be registered for recurring payments. However, this registered payment information cannot be used for ticket purchases.
If “Saved” Is Displayed
If Saved is displayed as a payment option, select the saved payment information and follow the on-screen instructions to confirm your order.
Please review your order details once again before clicking Confirm Order.
Tickets cannot be canceled, changed, or refunded after purchase.
After completing your purchase, you can view your ticket under "Upcoming Tickets".
