After the refund has been processed by ZAIKO, the timing of when the refund appears on your card statement may vary depending on your credit card company or financial institution.
If you still cannot confirm the refund on your statement after the refund has been processed, please contact your credit card company directly.
If you paid at a convenience store
If you paid at a convenience store, additional steps are required to receive your refund.
Once your refund request has been confirmed, Stripe will send you an email with instructions for completing the refund process.
Please follow the instructions in the email and register your bank account information to receive the refund.
After you have registered your bank account information, the timing of when the refund is reflected in your account may vary depending on your financial institution.
If you cannot find the refund procedure email
If you paid at a convenience store and cannot find the refund procedure email from Stripe, please check your inbox and spam/junk mail folder.
If you still cannot find the email, please contact our support team.
