How to enter or transfer tickets when you purchase two or more tickets

When you purchase two or more tickets in one transaction,
those tickets are managed together under the same order.
(Internally, this is sometimes referred to as a “group” or “companion” ticket,
but this wording does not appear on the screen.)


Entering together

The purchaser can show all tickets on their smartphone at the venue entrance.
All members of the group can enter together.
Companions do not need to display their tickets individually.


Entering separately

If you wish to enter separately, the purchaser must transfer the tickets to companions
using the “Friend Ticket” feature before the event ends.
Those who receive the ticket can log in to their own ZAIKO account and display their ticket at the entrance.


Notes

  • Only tickets purchased together in the same order are linked.
    Tickets purchased later in a separate order are handled individually.

  • Depending on the organizer’s settings, only one ticket per person may be available for purchase.
