What types of tickets does Zaiko offer, and when are they available?

Learn what types of tickets are available on Zaiko and when each becomes available after purchase.

Below is information about when each ticket type becomes available.
※ Availability may vary depending on the event or artist.

Zaiko does not issue or ship physical tickets. All tickets are provided digitally.


In-person ticket

  • Swipe Ticket (a ticket authenticated by holding your device up to a reader at the venue): Authenticate your Swipe Ticket at the event venue to gain entry.

  • QR Ticket: Show your QR Ticket on your device at the event to gain entry.


Streaming ticket

This ticket gives you access to a live stream or archived stream (a recorded stream available after the event ends).
The stream becomes available at the scheduled start time. If an archive period is set, you can watch during that period.


Rental streaming (Video on Demand)

This content is provided in a rental format.
You can start watching immediately after purchase and watch as many times as you like within the rental period.


Subscription

  • Group & OneFan Subscription: Group and fan club services become available after checkout. Content varies by event or artist.

  • Zaiko Premium & Connect Subscription: Premium and Connect subscription services become available after checkout, depending on the terms.
