Can I transfer my ticket to another person?

Rules regarding ticket transfer (please read carefully)

  • Streaming tickets: Cannot be transferred.

  • Venue tickets: Transferability depends on the organizer’s settings.

    • If the organizer has disabled the transfer function, the [Transfer] button will not appear on your ticket, and transfers are not possible in the system.

  • Bulk transfer is not possible. Tickets can only be transferred one at a time, once only (no cancellation or re-transfer after completion).

  • The recipient must have a Zaiko account.

  • Unauthorized resale is prohibited. If detected, the ticket will be invalidated.

Please always check your own ticket page for the presence of the [Transfer Ticket] button.
If the button is not displayed, the ticket cannot be transferred in the system.


If your ticket is transferable, please follow the steps below:

only applicable for tickets that display the 【Transfer Ticket】 button

  1. Access the ticket you want to transfer
    Click the “Transfer Ticket” button.
    Note: If you transfer the “Purchaser Ticket,” you will no longer be able to enter the venue yourself. To give a ticket to a friend, please transfer the “Friend Ticket.”


  2. Copy the transfer link and send it
    Click the “Copy” button and share the link with the recipient.
    Note: The link itself is not the ticket. The transferee must complete the following steps.


  3. Recipient logs in to Zaiko and opens the link

    • If logged in: The page will display the “Accept this ticket” button.

    • If not logged in: The login page will appear first.
      Important: If the recipient has multiple accounts, they must log in with the account they want the ticket assigned to.


  4. Confirm and accept the transfer
    The recipient must check “I agree to the Terms of Use” and click “Accept this ticket.”
    Note: The display name on the ticket can be edited only once at this stage. Once changed, it cannot be edited again.


  5. Check the completion screen
    The ticket will then appear in the recipient’s account under “Transferred Tickets.” A green message saying “You have received this ticket” will appear at the top, but it will disappear after refreshing the page.
