Lost or Didn’t Receive Ticket Email

Q. I deleted the ticket email after purchase. How can I display my ticket?

A.

You do not need the email to use your ticket. Log in to Zaiko and open the event from “My Tickets.”

  • For venue tickets: Show the QR code or swipe-style ticket displayed on your screen at the entrance.

  • For streaming tickets: Access the event directly by clicking the “Watch Stream” button shown in “My Tickets.”


Q. I entered the wrong email address and didn’t receive the confirmation email. Can I still use my ticket?

A.

Yes, you can. As long as you log in with the account used at purchase, your ticket is saved in “My Tickets” even if you didn’t receive the email.

Venue tickets will appear as QR/swipe tickets, and streaming tickets can be accessed via the “Watch Stream” button.


Q. Can you resend the event information email?

A.

We cannot resend event information emails, but you can always check your ticket and event details from “My Tickets.

  • For venue tickets, the QR or swipe-style ticket is displayed together with event info.

  • For streaming tickets, use the “Watch Stream” button to access the event.
