Tickets purchased on Zaiko are electronic tickets. Physical tickets are not issued.
For online streaming events, you can also access and watch the stream from your purchased ticket.
A free Zaiko account is required to purchase tickets.
How to Purchase
1. Select a Ticket
Log in to Zaiko, go to the event page, and click Purchase for the ticket you would like to buy.
2. Enter Your Information
Enter the purchaser information and review your order details.
Check I agree to the Terms of Use, then click Next.
※ After purchasing a ticket, details such as the purchaser name or ticket type cannot be changed.
3. Select a Payment Method
Select your preferred payment method from the options displayed and complete the payment.
Available payment methods may vary depending on the ticket and your device or browser.

※ Convenience store payment may not be available depending on the sales status or sales period.
4. View Your Ticket
After completing your purchase, you can view your ticket under Upcoming Tickets.
※ For convenience store payments, your ticket will be confirmed after the payment has been completed at the convenience store. It may take some time for the payment status to be reflected.
※ Ticket purchases cannot be made by phone or email.
