1. Log in to your Zaiko account and click My Tickets to view your upcoming tickets.
2. Click E-Ticket Details to check details such as the order code and receipt.
3. Click Watch Stream to watch the streaming video.
4. Click View Past Tickets to check your past tickets.
Once you have your ticket details, you can use the order code or receipt for any enquiries. If you need to transfer or refund your ticket, refer to the relevant Help Center article or contact Zaiko support.
