Click Profile and use the “Update” button next to each item under Basic Information to change the details below.
■ What you can change with the Name update button

Language
Your name cannot be changed for one year after initial registration or after a previous change.
Your date of birth cannot be changed either.
If you registered an incorrect name or date of birth, include the information below and type in the chat that you would like to request an investigation by a human support representative.
※ In some cases, we may not be able to make the change.

■ What you can change with the Email address update button
Email address
Phone number
Password
Click “Update” next to “Email address” or “Phone Number”, enter your new details in the form that appears, and save the change.
You can only change to an email address or phone number that is not already registered with Zaiko.
If you see an error, use an email address or phone number that is not already in use on Zaiko.
To change your “PASSWORD”, you need to enter both your current password and your new password.

This address section is for users with an AKB48 Group ID.
If you are a regular Zaiko user, you do not need to fill it in.
