※ If you signed in with a social media account such as Google, and that app is set to sign you in automatically, you may be signed in again through the connected app without realizing it. If this happens, try removing the login connection on the social app's side.
Click the person icon at the top right of the screen to open the menu.
Click “Sign Out” at the bottom of the menu to sign out.
After signing back in, check that the email address shown is the correct one for your account.
If the email address shown is not the one you registered with, sign out and try signing in again.
After signing out, you will need to enter your email address and password the next time you sign in.
