QR code or Watch button not showing / “Input error” message displayed

For events where the organizer requires you to answer a question form, you must complete all answers before you can open your QR code or Watch button.

If the questions are unanswered, the QR code or Watch button will not appear, or the message “Input error” may be displayed.

Streaming tickets

When the purchaser completes all required answers and clicks “Confirm,” the Watch button will appear.

If some fields are left blank, the button will remain hidden.

In-person tickets

You need to complete the organizer’s question form before the QR code can be displayed.

If you purchased multiple tickets, both the purchaser and accompanying guests must complete their own answers.

The question form is divided into tabs such as “Guest 1” and “Guest 2.”

Check all tabs on the left side of the screen, fill in the required fields, and click “Confirm.”

Once all answers are completed, the QR code will be available.
