Play Button Not Working / Cannot Access Streaming Page

Some streaming tickets require you to answer a pre-event question before the play button becomes available.


If you see a red message at the top of your ticket page saying “Please answer the question before the live stream starts”, you must complete the question.

Steps:

  1. Log in to “My Tickets”

  2. Open the event ticket

  3. Click “Edit Answer” and complete the question

Once you answer, the play button will be enabled and you can access the streaming page.
