I see a message saying “this event is password-protected” and cannot proceed with payment.

If you see a message such as “This event is password-protected” when trying to make a payment,
it means that the event organizer or fan club has set a purchase password for this ticket.
This is not the same as your ZAIKO account login password.

For some events, only selected users such as lottery winners or fan club members can purchase tickets.
In such cases, the event page is protected by a password issued by the organizer or fan club.
You will need to enter that purchase password to proceed to the payment page.

If you applied for a ticket through a lottery, please check your lottery application history page for details:

Access the ticket purchase page again from the same route you originally used (for example,
a fan club website or the event’s official page).
This may allow you to proceed to the payment screen without manually entering a password.
