The payment methods available on Zaiko vary depending on the currency in which tickets are sold. The sales currency is set by the event organizer and is determined by the currency of the event you are purchasing, not the country you live in.

Payment Methods by Currency

  • Japanese Yen (JPY)
    Credit/debit card (Visa / Mastercard / JCB / Diners Club / American Express), Convenience Store Payment, Alipay, WeChat Pay, Amazon Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay

  • Hong Kong Dollar (HKD)
    Credit/debit card (Visa / Mastercard / American Express), Alipay, AlipayHK, PayMe, Apple Pay, Google Pay

  • US Dollar (USD) / Euro (EUR) / Thai Baht (THB) / Malaysian Ringgit (MYR)
    Credit/debit card (Visa / Mastercard / JCB / Diners Club / American Express), Apple Pay, Google Pay

  • Korean Won (KRW) / Singapore Dollar (SGD)
    Credit/debit card (Visa / Mastercard / American Express), Apple Pay, Google Pay

※ Available payment methods vary depending on the event, ticket type, and your environment. Organizers do not necessarily enable all payment methods, so please check the purchase page to see which methods are actually available to you.

Please Note

  • Convenience Store Payment is only available for JPY-denominated events (Lawson, FamilyMart, Ministop, Seicomart).

  • Amazon Pay is only displayed for JPY-denominated events when the site is displayed in Japanese, accessed from within Japan, and the organizer has enabled Amazon Pay.

  • Apple Pay / Google Pay are displayed when you are using a supported device and browser. For HKD-denominated events, only Google Pay is currently available.

  • Tickets with a foreign currency price for international purchases are only compatible with credit/debit cards.
