All tickets are provided digitally.
In-person Ticket
Swipe Ticket: Entry is granted when the swipe ticket is redeemed at the event venue.
QR Ticket: Entry is granted by showing the QR ticket on your device at the event.
Streaming Ticket
This ticket grants access to a live or archived stream.
The stream becomes available at the scheduled start time, and if an archive is provided, it can be viewed during the archive period.
Video On Demand (VOD)
This content is provided in a rental format.
You can start watching immediately after purchase, and view it any time within the rental period.
Subscription
Group & OneFan Subscription: Group and fan club services become available after checkout. Availability may vary by event or artist.
Zaiko Premium & Connect Subscription: Premium and Connect subscription services become available after checkout, depending on eligibility.
