After submitting an application to buy tickets, you cannot change the entry details or cancel the entry.
However, some events allow cancellation only during the entry period.
If cancellation is allowed for that event, you can cancel your entry from your ticket application history page.
After canceling, please submit a new entry with the correct information if needed.
Example of cases where cancellation is possible:
Note: The “Cancel Entry” button appears on the right side of the ticket application history page. Depending on your screen size, you may need to scroll horizontally to see it.
For events where cancellation is not allowed, the right side will show:
“This application cannot be cancelled.”
Please note that once the selection results are confirmed, no changes or cancellations can be made under any circumstances.
