If You Entered Incorrect Credit Card Information After Application

Once you have submitted a lottery application, you cannot directly modify the credit card information you entered.

General Rule
Applications cannot be modified or resubmitted after they have been made.
If payment fails after you win, the system will automatically send you an email with instructions to retry the payment.
Please follow the instructions in the email to enter the correct card information.

If the Organizer Allows Cancellation
For some events, the organizer may allow cancellation only during the application period.
If cancellation is available for your event, you can cancel it from the Lottery Application History page and reapply with the correct credit card information.
