I was charged, but I don’t recognize the payment

If you notice a charge you don’t recognize, the following may be possible reasons:


💡 Common reasons

① Auto-renewal of Zaiko Connect or Zaiko Premium

  • Zaiko Connect: ¥2,900 / ¥3,000 per 6 months

  • Zaiko Premium: ¥600 per month
    You can check your subscription status from your account settings page.

② A family member or friend may have used your card

Please check with anyone who might have access to your card information.

③ Another account was used for the purchase or subscription

If you have multiple email addresses or social login accounts,
it’s possible that another account was used. Please check other logins as well.


🧾 If none of the above apply

To help identify the transaction, please prepare the following details:

If you have previously purchased tickets via Zaiko:

  • Purchaser name

  • Date of birth

  • Event name

  • Order code (18 characters, starting with a letter)

  • Credit card holder name, brand, and last 4 digits

If you have never purchased via Zaiko:

  • A photo of your credit card statement (only the part showing the charge)

  • Cardholder name

  • Card brand (Visa, Mastercard, etc.)

  • Last 4 digits of the card number

  • Expiration date (MM / YY)

  • Charge amount and date
