Convenience store payment is available at Lawson, Ministop, FamilyMart, and Seicomart locations throughout Japan.
How to Purchase
1. Select a Ticket
Go to the event page and click Purchase Ticket for the ticket you would like to buy.
2. Enter the Purchaser Information
Enter the purchaser information (first and last name) and review your order details.
Check I agree to the Terms of Use, then click Next.
3. Select “Convenience Store Payment”
Select Convenience Store Payment from the available payment methods.
Enter your name in Roman characters and your email address, review your order details, and confirm your order.
4. Pay at a Convenience Store
An email with the following details will be sent to the email address you entered.
Subject: Convenience Store Payment Information
From: noreply＠zaiko.io
Follow the instructions in the email to complete your payment at the convenience store.
※ If you do not receive the email, please see I haven't received an email.
5. View Your Electronic Ticket
After completing your payment at the convenience store, you can view your electronic ticket under Purchased Tickets.
※ Zaiko does not issue physical tickets, and tickets cannot be collected at convenience stores.
If Convenience Store Payment Is Not Available
Even if a ticket supports convenience store payment, it may not be available in the following cases:
Immediately after ticket sales begin
When only a small number of tickets remain
When the end of the sales period is approaching
When the event organizer has disabled convenience store payment
If Convenience Store Payment is not displayed, please use one of the other payment methods shown on the screen.
