Both domestic and international cards are supported.
【How to Purchase】
Log in to your ZAIKO account and click “Purchase” on the event page for your desired ticket type.
Enter your purchaser information (first and last name).
Review your order, check the box for “Agree to Terms of Service,” and click “Next.”
Under “Payment Method,” select either “New Credit Card” or “Registered Credit Card.”
【If You Are Using a New Credit Card】
Enter your card number, expiration date, CVC (security code), and cardholder name.
Check the box for “Agree to Terms of Service,” then confirm your order.
💡 Note
It is not possible to register your credit card in advance for ticket purchases.
All ticket payments must be completed by entering your card details during checkout.
Please note that while subscription services such as Zaiko Connect allow you to register a card for recurring payments,
this information is not linked to ticket purchases.
【If You Already Have a Registered Credit Card】
Enter your CVC (security code), check the box for “Agree to Terms of Service,” and confirm your order.
Before clicking “Confirm Order,” please double-check your purchase details displayed on the right side of the page.
Please note that cancellations, changes, or refunds cannot be made after completing the purchase.
After completing your purchase, tickets can be viewed under "Upcoming Tickets".
