Digital stubs (STUBS) are issued 3 days after the event ends (including the archive period for all ticket types).

The digital stub issuance process begins after the archive period for all ticket types has ended and the event is officially concluded.
The issuance process may take up to 3 days.
Once your digital stub has been issued, you will receive a notification email. Please add [[email protected]] to your contacts or check your spam/junk folder in advance.
After issuance, log in to Zaiko and view your digital stub from the "Digital Assets" section under the "Purchase History" tab in your account.
