Convenience store payment can be done at any Lawson / Ministop / FamilyMart / Seicomart store in Japan.
① How to apply for convenience store payment
Log in and click the “Buy Now” button on the event page for the ticket you wish to purchase.
Enter your contact information and agree to the terms and conditions.
*Please note that once the purchase is complete, details such as the purchaser's name or ticket type cannot be changed.*
Select “Convenience Store” as your payment method.
② How to pay
After applying, you will receive an email in Japanese at your registered email address.
- Email title: 『Convenience Store Payment Information』
- Sender address: [email protected]
If you do not receive this email, please refer to [this article].
If you fail to complete your payment before the deadline stated in the email, your ticket will become invalid.
Caution:
- After completing your payment, the store will issue a receipt (領収書).
ZAIKO does not issue or provide any physical tickets at convenience stores.
Your ticket will be available digitally via your My Page after the payment is processed.
- It may take some time for your ticket to appear on the "Upcoming Tickets" page after payment.
